Resources

Resources for talking to your kids.

As part of Girls Inc’s. comprehensive approach to mental health, we are pleased to provide this Learn to Live resource for participants ages 13 and older!

Learn to Live is a confidential service that includes online assessments, self-paced digital programs, and optional mental health coaches – provided at no additional cost to girls ages 13 and older! The Learn to Live programs use online Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and are focused on help for resilience, stress, depression, social anxiety, insomnia, and panic. For some, the demands of student life can be difficult to manage. Untreated mental health problems can lead to a sad mood, lack of energy, poor concentration, and low motivation. Because of this, it is not uncommon for kids with mental health concerns to not want to go to school, interact with friends, and have difficulty concentrating on schoolwork. If you have a student who appears to be struggling, we encourage you to introduce her to the no-cost Learn to Live mental health resource.
