Teen Advocacy Council (TAC)

Girls Inc.’s Teen Advocacy Council program is a leadership and advocacy initiative designed to empower teenage girls to become leaders in their communities and advocate for issues important to them. The program involves training sessions, workshops, and opportunities for girls to learn about public speaking, community organizing, and advocacy skills. Members of the Teen Advocacy Council often work together on projects and campaigns aimed at addressing social issues such as gender equality, education access, and health awareness. Through this program, participants develop confidence, leadership abilities, and a sense of agency to create positive change in their communities!
